Ready to grow? Let’s make it happen.

Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just plain exhausted, I see you. You don’t have to have it all figured out to start moving forward.

Therapy that is just as real as you.

Therapy with me is a conversation, a collaboration, and sometimes even a little fun (yes, really).

I use a person-centered, strength-based approach, which means:

  • You set the pace. I’ll never force you to share more than you’re comfortable with.

  • You’re already enough. I’m not here to “fix” you—I’m here to help you step into your full, badass self.

  • We will focus on growth, not perfection. Healing isn’t a straight line, and setbacks never mean failure. They mean you’re actively in the process of learning and becoming.

  • Humor and a potty-mouth are welcome. Because sometimes, laughing and swearing can be a solid coping strategy.

Whether you’re working through anxiety, life transitions, people-pleasing tendencies, carrying generational baggage, trying to break cycles that no one before you has, or just trying to figure out who the heck you are, I’m here to help.

You get to decide who you are. Not who you have been, who they think you are, or who you think you should be (and actually, consider the days of ‘should-ing’ over!).

I don’t push, but I will challenge. I don’t judge, but I will hold space. I see your quirks, your struggles, your resilience, and I will help you see them too.

Ready to take the first step? Let’s take it together.
